Wild Womb Education, Group Class

  • Noli and Nadia's Fertility Awareness class was clear and warm. Their explanations deepened my understanding of my physiology, and I had already been tracking my cycle for years! If you are wanting to take your fertility into your own hands or just deepen your body literacy, you've come to the right place.

  • I’ve been charting for a year and a half but I didn’t feel comfortable to use it [as pregnancy prevention] until taking this class.

  • I learned so much in Noli and Nadia’s FAM class. I wish I learned all of these things in school! I’m walking away from the class with a MUCH deeper understanding of my own anatomy and cycle, and a gratitude for the community that Wild Women Birthkeepers forged for us. Thank you!

  • you two are incredible teachers and truly talented!! I loved how respectful you two were of everyone in the class. I also loved how you were able to look at different perspectives without judgement...

  • Sharing about my experiences with being a woman with other women, whether they be struggles, successes, horror stories, or an actively-changing idea, was so incredibly refreshing. In a society and in social spheres and circles where our past and current experiences as women are constantly hushed, belittled, or coaxed to remain private, it was empowering to finally celebrate and share our stories with each other, and realize that they were never ours alone to be ashamed of, but ours together to celebrate.

  • I feel like we’re gathering over a camp fire.

  • I loved the structure to the class, how it was reliable and flexible at once. [Nadia and Noli] cared so much about us and provided a huge contradiction to internalised sexism/the difficulties of women being together… [Nadia and Noli’s] teaching is wise and warm.

  • …the environment felt [like] this safe haven where our thinking could be reshaped and reclaimed.

  • Nadia & Noli are the best facilitators, especially of women. They make body literacy feel so exciting, natural, and accessible. It's clear they're invested in every student's growth, and beyond giving a really clear and informative class on the fertility awareness method, they provide an incredible support system that allows anyone to feel totally confident in charting their cycle, no matter how daunting it feels.

Wild Womb Education, Partner’s Class

  • It wasn’t just a FAM for partners lecture series, it was a creation of a partners of FAM support group which was really dope.

    Trevor

  • You guys have a luminous presence in class, making every participant feel welcome and valued as an individual. Your enthusiasm, the song, and your earnest talks about the miraculousness of female + reproductive biology gave the class a sense of spiritual gravity...

  • Their pacing of lectures was perfect, their insistence on having the course be more of a circle/group, instead of the opposite was super helpful in making me feel even more interested in FAM than I was before.

Dancing Into Birth, Prenatal Dance Class

  • This class helped me connect more deeply with my body and my baby, it provided real connection with other women, and it was a really good workout! After every class, I felt nourished, accomplished, and stronger. No worries if you’re not an experienced dancer (I am most definitely not); in fact, that’s a good thing. This class can help you use your body expressively in front of other people and learn to go with the flow—two very helpful skills for pregnancy, labor, and parenthood. The class contributed immensely positively to my pregnancy, it made me feel strong, connected, humble, joyful, creative, expansive, open. 10/10 would recommend.
